It's Chocolate cake mixed with her cup of tea.
Master G turned 3 this month. I'm not going to worry about the big b'day party until he's about 5 I think. He got a chook cage complete with 2 baby chickens. Which I think are a bit of a hit, considering that I'm constantly being pestered to go and see them!
So, I hate making icing (I feel like sifting is a waste of my life). But this little trick makes it much easier. So I thought I would share this little hack with you.
So for G's b'day we went to Yeppoon for the day. The weather was disgusting but the kids enjoyed themselves just the same. Kids don't seem to notice when the water is freezing do they?!
It was a toss up for Paw Patrol or Dinosaurs for the cake, but this one seemed fairly easy! I found the best mud cake recipe, which is going straight into the secret family recipe book. Was divine!
The big fella and I decided that Valentines day was a bit too hard to manage this year, especially with a lack of babysitter availability, so we had it early. Which I think is much better! As you can tell I wasn't impressed about posing for the photo.

Bought myself.... well "us" but mostly me! Some new draws for the back of the car!! Absolutely love it! Sooo much better. Can't wait to go camping with them.
